AnglerPermit Canada
How it works
One form, one payment, and a reviewed submission. Here is exactly what happens from start to finish.
1. Choose your province and licence
Select the province you will be fishing in and tell us whether you are a resident of that province, a resident of another part of Canada, or a visitor from outside Canada. We then show only the licence types and durations you are actually eligible for, with the price of each.
2. Complete one guided form
You enter your personal details, address and identification once. The form validates dates, postal codes and identification formats as you type, and only asks for the extra provincial questions that apply to you (for example the Quebec hunter's certificate questions).
3. Pay securely
You review a full breakdown before paying — the government licence fee, any optional stamps or tags you selected, and our service fee. Payment is processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider; we never store your full card number. See Pricing for the complete fee structure.
4. We review and submit
Our team checks your application for errors, submits it, and emails you a confirmation immediately. Your licence documents follow by email, normally within 24 hours on business days. If anything is missing we contact you rather than letting the application fail silently.
5. After you receive your licence
Keep the emailed licence with you while fishing, either printed or on your phone, along with any identification the province requires. We store your renewal date and can remind you before the licence expires. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
