AnglerPermit Canada
Terms of Service
Effective date: August 20, 2026 · Last updated: August 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of canada.anglerpermit.com and the licence-assistance service we provide. Please read them before submitting an application.
1. The service
AnglerPermit Canada is a private licence-assistance service. We help you prepare and submit a fishing licence application, then purchase the licence from the official provincial portal on your behalf as your authorized agent. We are not a government agency and we do not issue licences.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By submitting an application or paying for our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
4. Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including residency, dates of birth and identification numbers. We review your application for completeness and for the common errors that cause rejections, but we cannot verify facts only you can know. A licence issued from inaccurate information may be invalid.
5. Fees and payment
You see one bundled total before you pay. It covers the government licence fee plus our application review, purchase handling, delivery and support. Provincial fees may change without notice; if a fee changes before we purchase, we will contact you before proceeding.
6. Licence issuance and provincial decisions
Licences are issued solely by provincial governments under their rules. We cannot guarantee that a province will issue a licence, and we are not responsible for provincial processing times, portal outages or policy decisions.
7. Refunds and cancellations
You are fully refundable until we purchase your licence from the provincial portal. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, apply on behalf of someone without their authorization, attempt to interfere with our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The AnglerPermit Canada name, site design, text and graphics are our property or used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government. Nothing on this site is legal advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an application is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific application. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including fines, missed trips or lost enjoyment.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AnglerPermit Canada harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from information you supplied that was inaccurate or from your use of a licence contrary to provincial regulations.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province in which you reside in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We ask that you contact us first — most disputes are resolved by email within a business day.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your application is the one published when you submitted it, shown by the effective date at the top of this page.
